Today, December 3^rd, is the first day of the 2025/26 LIHEAP Season. Customers who didn’t already apply for LIHEAP with a pre-season application may now contact their local County Assistance office or call 1-866-857-7095 to request one.

To help promote LIHEAP to your customers who didn’t already apply for LIHEAP, please see attached user-friendly LIHEAP applications (English and Spanish) that can be typed on, then printed. Also attached is a LIHEAP brochure with income limits for this season. If you have a website for your business, you might consider posting these applications, LIHEAP brochure and the attached CAO-mailing chart on that site. Keep in mind, LIHEAP season runs from 12/3/25 to 4/10/26 - so please remember to pull this information from your website on 4/10/2026.

Where do applicants submit a completed application?

• The attached chart lists all of PA’s counties. Customers should mail a completed application to the address listed for their county of residence. If you post applications to your website – please also include this chart.

Sharing LIHEAP applications with your customers:

• Vendor Mailings: If you plan to initiate a mass-mailing of LIHEAP applications to your customers, please don’t send them before the start of the season. When you mail an application to your customers, please indicate the mailing address where the completed application should be sent. See CAO address attachment.

• Remember: A paper application isn’t necessary. Customers may apply for LIHEAP online through the Department of Human Services’ COMPASS website at www.compass.dhs.pa.gov.
